In my assigned tasks, I am working with internal reporting, preparation of work plans, arranging, delivering and participating in trainings with the help of various stakeholders to selected beneficiaries on need basis. Formulating village committees with special focus on vulnerable population and mainstreaming gender biased issues. With the help of the field staff identifying sites in the desired tehsils for assessment of the beneficiaries. Identifying communities’ physical infrastructures with the help of field engineer for rehabilitation of the desired villages.
Assisting the training officers in developing resilient capacity of the rural people to cope with natural or man-made disasters and working on training modules for sustainable agricultural activities to improve the resilient capacity of the marginal farmers. Beside this, I am working on raising nurseries and promoting kitchen gardening activities in areas for better livelihood of the rural people. Working on rain water harvesting techniques and developing structures for rain water harvesting with assistance from field engineer, and with the help of rural people in food for work program.

I was part of WHO technical staff on Polio Eradication Initiative. I have been assigned the tasks of giving assistance to the field staff on Micro planning, validating the plans and helping them in the identification and mapping of high-risk areas in the specified Union Council (UC). Along with this, I was also assisting them in organizing effective and productive Union Council polio Eradication Committee (UPEC) meetings of the stakeholders. I have helped the Area Supervisors in the selection of appropriate vaccinators as per given criteria and their distribution as per need. I have also worked for promoting partnership and coordination with all influencing factors for support of Supplementary Immunization Activities (SIAs).
During the implementation of the campaign I was conducting active monitoring and supervision of my field staff and Collected and collated the tally sheet data from field on daily basis as per guidelines and provided feedback to the immediate supervisor.¬ I was also ensuring proper implementation of SIAs with special focus on hard¬ to ¬reach areas and underserved high risk populations. As per need, I was attending the daily evening review meeting at UC level for every SIAs and recorded the findings and observations for corrective action on the following day of the campaign. In the post campaign activities I participated in preparation of realistic catch-up plans for missed children and monitored their implementations. In the light of Post Campaign Monitoring (PCM), marker survey results. I also arranged and participated in organizing the re¬do/sweeping activities in the UC as required.

I have developed grant ideas and suggested the ADO/DADO and higher management in the formulation of grant strategy in the assigned area, including where to focus program resources, developed operational relationships with Political Administration and addressed programmatic challenges. I also monitored the altering environmental issues and reported to senior management and thereby pro-actively contributed to grant implanting strategy in response to the ground realities. I served as liaison in grant implementation issues at the agency level and actively developed and maintained positive relationships with all relevant stakeholders in the agency. In contribution to this in response to the local community needs, I mobilized the community in the form of Project Oversight Committees (POCs) and Community Consistent Jirgas (CCJs) and established and oversaw the consultative processes of the community members on and for their welfare during the implementation cycle of various grants between the community and the political administration and implemented the agency level program strategy as per program priorities. Besides this, I oversaw the maintenance and submission of project management tools to ensure quality implementation of all grants and activities in timely fashion. I regularly convened and participated in community, line department and partner meetings and also coordinated and facilitated monitoring of ongoing projects with the Monitoring and Evaluation Unit. In the process of implementation, I facilitated field visits of the staff to the grants implementation areas during grant implementation cycle in the area of jurisdiction and assigned field monitoring and quality control duties to the Field Supervisors and monitored their work. I also performed the duty of participation in all CCJ and POC meetings at the field level and generated field visit reports and collected data for village profiles.
Reason for leaving: successful implementation of the project

During my employment with AGES I worked on sectors of the assessment process – household interviews, focal group discussions and background information gathering. Conducted a detailed shelter survey in different villages of Bajaur and all the IDP camps in which Bajaur IDPs were residing. Contributed to preparation of assessment trips – methodology and area selection. Interviewed local authorities, local associations, and beneficiaries. Facilitated the evacuation of field based teams if necessary. Contributed to assessment reports and provides field notes.
